Sustainability: Completing the cycle (2011)

by ESPA

At ISB we, are trying to make the school more sustainable by growing our own herbs and vegetables for use in the school kitchen. Waste from the herbs and vegetables is then composted and used in our garden to help grow more herbs and vegetables.

What a great project. Not only are you providing more healthy food for the school, but you must also be saving the school money!
